This guide contains everything you need to know before and during the festival—from getting here and checking in to accommodation, food and practical information for the weekend.

Before You Travel

To make the most of your festival experience, we recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable shoes
  • A reusable water bottle
  • A power bank
  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Sunscreen
  • A hat or cap
  • A warm layer for the evening

If you're staying in Bring Your Own Tent or Lazy Campers, don't forget everything you'll need for a comfortable night's sleep.

July in Portugal is usually hot during the day and cooler after sunset, so it's worth packing for both.

DOMA is located just 30 minutes from Lisbon, surrounded by pine forest and countryside.

We recommend arriving by Uber or Bolt whenever possible. It's the easiest way to get to and from the festival, especially if you plan to stay late or enjoy the bars. Uber and Bolt operate reliably in the area at any time of day, with an ETA of no more than 20 minutes.

Parking on-site is limited, so we strongly encourage ride-sharing whenever possible — team up with fellow festival-goers, coordinate via the community chats, or book Uber/Bolt together. It's the easiest way to get to DOMA and helps keep the venue and access roads clear for everyone.

If you're driving, several parking options are available.

The DOMA Hotel Parking (P2) offers a limited number of spaces close to the venue, with priority given to guests holding hotel accommodation for the full duration of the festival (3-day hotel booking).

Additional free public parking areas are available nearby. Festival staff will direct you to the most appropriate parking area when you arrive.

Guests staying on-site throughout the festival may leave their cars parked for the duration of their stay.

Please park only in designated areas and never block access roads or emergency routes.

Arrival & Check-in

The Festival Reception is located at the bridge, at the entrance to the property. Please park first, then proceed to the Festival Reception to collect your accreditation (wristband).

Your first stop should be the Festival Reception. Here you can:

  • Exchange your ticket for a festival wristband
  • Check in to Lazy Campers or Bring Your Own Tent
  • Get directions around the venue
  • Ask any festival-related questions

Festival Reception Hours

Friday — 15:00–22:00
Saturday — 09:00–22:00
Sunday — 09:00–21:00

If you're staying in a hotel room or glamping, please check in at the Hotel Reception, which is open 24 hours a day throughout the festival.

The Hotel Reception can also assist with accommodation, lost keys and Lost & Found.

Accommodation & Festival Access

Accommodation at DOMA is booked separately and is available exclusively to guests with a valid 3-Day Festival Pass.

Hotel Rooms & Glamping

Guests who have booked a hotel room or glamping can check in from 16:00 on Friday, 24 July.
Check-out is until 12:00 on Sunday, 26 July. If a third night has been booked, check-out is until 12:00 on Monday, 27 July.
The Hotel Reception is open 24/7 throughout the festival and can assist with all accommodation-related requests.

Lazy Campers & Bring Your Own Tent

Check-in takes place on Friday, 24 July, between 14:00 and 18:00.
Check-out is until 21:00 on Sunday, 26 July.
Guests are welcome to stay on the festival grounds until 23:00 after checking out.
Showers are available daily from 12:00 to 16:00, and the sanitary facilities are located opposite the Glamping area.

Festival Access

When you arrive, please visit the Festival Reception to exchange your ticket for a festival wristband.
Your wristband is your festival pass and must be worn at all times during the event. It also allows you to leave and re-enter the festival during the validity of your ticket.
Please keep your wristband on for the entire duration of your stay. Damaged or removed wristbands may not be replaced.
If you're unsure which ticket you've purchased, please check your confirmation email before arriving.

Festival Passes & Entry Times

  • 3-Day Festival Pass — Entry from Friday, 14:00. Valid until Sunday, 23:00.
  • Friday Day Pass — Entry from Friday, 14:00. Valid until Saturday, 10:00.
  • Friday Evening Pass — Entry from Friday, 17:00. Valid until Saturday, 05:00.
  • Saturday Evening Pass — Entry from Saturday, 15:00. Valid until Sunday, 05:00.
  • Sunday Day Pass — Entry from Sunday, 09:00. Valid until Sunday, 23:00.

Please make sure you arrive during your ticket's entry window. If you have any questions about your ticket, please check your confirmation email or contact the Elidium team before arriving.

Everything you need for a comfortable weekend is available on-site.

A selection of local and international food vendors will be available throughout the festival.

Please note that payment methods may vary between vendors.
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Outside food is allowed only for medical or dietary reasons.

Pool

The pool is open throughout the festival and hosts the Saturday and Sunday Pool Parties.
Please help us keep the area clean and respect other guests.

Fashion Market

Discover a curated selection of clothing, accessories, art and handmade goods from local and international creators.

Kids Area

Families are welcome at Elidium. A dedicated Kids Area with activities will be available during the day.

Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Lagar

During the day, Lagar hosts workshops, yoga and community experiences.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, it transforms into an intimate ambient music space for slower rhythms and deeper listening.

ATMOS Camp

Beyond the music, the festival will be filled with different experiences to explore throughout the weekend.
One of them is ATMOS Camp — a space for steam rituals, bodywork, sound, movement and deep relaxation in the forest. Guided rituals help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and arrive fully present for everything that awaits in the forest.

Good to Know

Payments

Festival tickets can be purchased at the Festival Reception using card or cryptocurrency.
There is no ATM on-site.
Please note that each food vendor, bar and market stall manages its own payment methods.

First Aid

First Aid is available on Saturday at the Hotel Reception.
If you need urgent assistance at any time, please contact the nearest member of the festival team.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located at the Hotel Reception, which is open 24/7 throughout the festival.
If you find a lost item, please hand it in to the Hotel Reception.

Photography

Official festival photographers and videographers will be capturing moments throughout the weekend.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let the photographer know.
When taking your own photos, always ask for permission before photographing people in personal or intimate moments.

Respect & Consent

Elidium is built on mutual respect.
Whether you're starting a conversation, inviting someone to dance, taking a photo or sharing a moment, always make sure the other person is comfortable and has given their consent.
A simple question and respect for each other's boundaries help create the kind of community we're all here to experience.

Smoking

Please smoke only in designated smoking areas.
Help us keep the festival grounds clean by using the ashtrays provided.

Elidium is built on kindness, curiosity and respect for one another. Thank you for helping create the atmosphere that makes this community special.

Respect Each Other

Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Look after your friends, be mindful of those around you, and remember that everyone experiences the festival differently.

Leave No Trace

Please help us keep DOMA beautiful.
Use the bins provided, recycle where possible, and leave every space cleaner than you found it.

Keep Your Wristband On

Your wristband is your festival pass and must be worn throughout the festival.

Respect Quiet Hours

If you're staying on-site, please keep noise to a minimum around the camping and accommodation areas during the night.

Children

Children are welcome at Elidium but must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Pets

Pets are welcome if they are well-behaved, kept under control at all times, and owners clean up after them.

Prohibited Items

For everyone's safety, the following are not permitted on the festival grounds:

  • Outside alcohol
  • Glass bottles or containers
  • BBQs and open flames
  • Gas stoves
  • Large speakers or sound systems
  • Fireworks or other hazardous items

Outside food is permitted only for medical or dietary reasons.

Safety

Please follow the instructions of the festival team and security staff at all times.
Anyone whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk may be refused entry or asked to leave the festival.
