Elidium Festival – Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
'Organizer' means the entity operating Elidium Festival. 'Festival' includes all ticketed and non-ticketed areas, camping, glamping, parking, wellness spaces, workshops, pools, saunas and associated activities. 'Attendee' means any person entering the Festival site.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

2. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket or entering the Festival, the Attendee agrees to these Terms.

3. Eligibility
The Organizer may request proof of identity or age.

4. Tickets
All sales are final. Tickets are personal unless transfers are expressly permitted. Fraudulent or duplicated tickets are void.

5. Event Changes
The Organizer may modify dates, schedules, artists, workshops, venue layout, capacities, facilities, camping arrangements and operating hours without liability.

6. Artist & Program Disclaimer
No performer, speaker or activity is guaranteed. Changes do not create refund rights.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

7. Weather
The Festival operates in all reasonable weather conditions. Rain, mud, wind, heat, smoke or dust do not justify refunds.

8. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control.

9. Right to Refuse Entry
Admission may be refused for safety, security or operational reasons.

10. Removal
Attendees may be removed without refund for unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

11. Searches
Entry may be conditioned upon reasonable security inspections.

12. Wristbands
Wristbands remain Organizer property and may not be transferred.

13. Re-entry
Re-entry is subject to operational policies and security procedures.

14. Personal Responsibility
Participation is entirely voluntary and at the attendee's own risk.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

15. Assumption of Risk

Attendees acknowledge risks including uneven terrain, insects, wildlife, loud music, weather, crowds, camping, wellness activities, pools, saunas, fire features, temporary structures and physical activities, and voluntarily assume those risks.

16. Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, attendees release the Organizer, venue owners, contractors, volunteers, artists and partners from claims arising from ordinary risks inherent in attendance, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

17. Health Disclaimer
The Organizer does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

18. Wellness Disclaimer
Meditation, yoga, breathwork, massage, ceremonies, cold immersion and similar activities are recreational, not healthcare services.

19. Pool & Sauna
Use is entirely at the attendee's own risk.

20. Children
Parents remain solely responsible for minors. Children's activities are not childcare.

21. Camping, Glamping & Lazy Campers
Accommodation is provided as-is without guarantees of comfort, weather protection or uninterrupted services.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

22. Property
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

23. Parking
Vehicles remain entirely at the owner's risk.

24. Lost Property
The Organizer may, but is not obliged to, retain lost items for a reasonable period.

25. Photography & Media
Attendance grants the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to capture and use image, voice and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.

26. Commercial Recording
Commercial filming, recording or broadcasting requires prior written approval.

27. Third-Party Services
Independent vendors and instructors are solely responsible for their own services.

28. Intellectual Property
Festival branding and content remain protected intellectual property.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

29. Code of Conduct
Violence, harassment, vandalism, discrimination, dangerous conduct and unauthorized access are prohibited.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

30. Fire Safety
Open flames are permitted only where expressly authorized.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

31. Property Damage
Attendees are liable for the damage they cause.

32. Indemnification
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against claims arising from their unlawful acts, negligence or breach of these Terms.

33. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Festival is provided 'as is' without warranties regarding uninterrupted services, facilities or programme.
The Attendee acknowledges that participation is voluntary and accepts that operational, safety or logistical decisions made by the Organizer are final. No omission or delay by the Organizer in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that right.

34. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall never exceed the ticket face value.

35. Refund Limitation
Where refunds are legally required, they are limited to the ticket face value.

36. Time Limit for Claims
Claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant event.

37. Electronic Acceptance
Electronic purchase or check-in constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

38. Assignment
The Organizer may assign its rights and obligations to affiliates or successors.

39. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

40. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

41. Entire Agreement
These Terms supersede promotional materials and informal communications.

42. Amendments
The Organizer may update these Terms at any time; the latest published version applies.
